Privacy Policy
Pulpestradiar S.A., with registered offices at Av. Corrientes 880, floor 7, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and CUIT 30-71829384-9, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through pulpestradiar.com, in compliance with National Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its regulatory Decree 1558/2001, under the supervision of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the forms on the site: full name, corporate email, company, job title and, where applicable, phone number. Additionally, we log technical navigation data (IP address, device type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to: (a) deliver the Business Intelligence executive briefing and directly related B2B communications; (b) contact you to coordinate meetings or commercial presentations; (c) measure the performance of the site and improve user experience; (d) comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations before AFIP and Argentine regulatory bodies.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, explicit and informed consent you provide when submitting the forms, as well as on the legitimate interest of maintaining B2B commercial communications with professional contacts, in accordance with article 5 of Law 25,326.
4. Data retention
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described, and in any case for a maximum period of five (5) years from the last effective contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. International transfer
Your data may be processed by cloud service providers and transactional email providers located in countries with an adequate level of protection recognized by AAIP Resolution 60/2016, or under contractual clauses that guarantee a level equivalent to that required by Argentine law.
6. Data subject rights
At any time, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection to the processing of your data, by sending a request to privacy@pulpestradiar.com. You can also file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, 2nd floor, CABA).
7. Information security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures —TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access control, continuous auditing and encrypted backup— to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your personal data.
