These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the pulpestradiar.com website, operated by Pulpestradiar S.A., CUIT 30-71829384-9, with registered offices at Av. Corrientes 880, floor 7, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic. Access to the site and submission of any form implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Purpose
The site's purpose is to present Pulpestradiar S.A.'s Business Intelligence and B2B analytics service proposal, allow subscription to the executive briefing and coordinate commercial contacts between professionals.
2. B2B nature of the service
The services offered are aimed exclusively at legal persons and professionals acting in a business capacity (business to business). They are not directed at end consumers under the terms of Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240.
3. Intellectual property
All contents of the site —texts, the Pulpestradiar brand, logos, sample dashboards, methodologies, graphics and images— are the exclusive property of Pulpestradiar S.A. or its licensors, and are protected by Law 11,723 on Intellectual Property and Law 22,362 on Trademarks. Their total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
4. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the site in good faith, refraining from: (a) attempting to compromise system security; (b) submitting third-party data without authorization; (c) using the content for purposes contrary to Argentine legislation.
5. Limitation of liability
The information on the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional, financial, accounting or legal advice. Pulpestradiar S.A. shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the published content, without a formally signed services agreement.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction.
